Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in New Delhi. The specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, training clients or internal teams when necessary, and executing strategic marketing initiatives. The role includes creating and presenting sales pitches, addressing customer inquiries, managing sales processes, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and meet organizational targets.
- Experience providing Training to teams or clients in sales processes and product usage.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work in a collaborative, on-site environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing or polymer industry is a plus.
