Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Ludhiana. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing sales strategies, generating leads, and fostering relationships with customers. Key tasks include conducting client meetings, delivering sales presentations, addressing customer inquiries, and providing product training. The role also encompasses managing sales operations, creating actionable plans to drive business growth, and collaborating with the marketing team on campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to meet targets and drive business growth.
- Experience in Training others to enhance team performance and product knowledge.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Basic understanding of water treatment technologies or electrical/electronic manufacturing is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
