Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves generating and managing leads, conducting property presentations, and guiding potential customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to closure. The specialist will develop and execute marketing campaigns, coordinate promotional activities, and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners. Daily responsibilities include handling customer queries, maintaining accurate sales records, supporting training for sales initiatives, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets and enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven Sales experience with the ability to manage the full sales cycle and support Sales Management activities.
- Ability to deliver Training related to sales processes, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques.
- Experience in real estate sales or property marketing is highly preferred.
- Comfort working in an on-site, client-facing role in Ahmedabad, with a focus on field visits and site interactions.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and MS Office applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Goal-oriented mindset, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
