Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Salem for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing sales activities, and developing marketing strategies to promote financial products and services. Key duties include building and maintaining customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, training team members, driving product sales, and contributing to the development of sales frameworks and strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and effectively address customer needs
- Sales expertise and ability to execute impactful Sales Management strategies
- Experience in Training and mentoring teams to achieve sales targets
- Proven track record in achieving sales goals and working within a dynamic team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in using sales and marketing tools, with a strong understanding of digital marketing practices
- Ability to work on-site and independently in a fast-paced environment
