We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented Junior Sales Executive to support domestic and international business development. The role involves cold calling, lead generation, pipeline management, field visits, and assisting in closing sales orders.
This position is ideal for someone ambitious, confident in communication, and eager to grow in B2B sales and exports.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cold Calling & Lead Generation
- Conduct daily cold calls to domestic and international prospects.
- Generate new leads from databases, LinkedIn, trade portals, exhibitions, and referrals.
- Introduce company products and schedule meetings or follow-ups.
2. Domestic & International Sales Support
- Follow up with corporate purchase managers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Assist in preparing quotations and coordinating with the internal team.
- Support export inquiries and international buyer communication.
3. Pipeline Management
- Maintain and update CRM or sales tracker regularly.
- Track leads from first contact to order closure.
- Ensure systematic follow-up to convert prospects into customers.
4. Field Visits
- Visit corporate offices, distributors, and potential clients.
- Represent Sage & Hide professionally during meetings.
- Collect feedback, understand buyer requirements, and report insights.
5. Reporting & Coordination
- Submit daily activity reports (calls made, meetings done, follow-ups).
- Coordinate with production and management for order execution updates.
- Support participation in trade fairs and networking events.
