Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Bhosari Industrial area. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will oversee business development activities such as identifying new sales opportunities, building client relationships, and nurturing customer loyalty. They will assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies, provide training related to sales initiatives, and manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention. The role demands strong communication skills and active collaboration across teams to meet organizational sales goals effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, E & TC, Business Administration, Marketing having 2-3 years experience in control panel manufacturing industry
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
- Sales and Sales Management expertise to develop strategies, achieve sales targets, and manage client accounts
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a goal-oriented mindset
- Prior experience in sales and marketing roles preferred
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and in a fast-paced environment
