Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Mumbai for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, overseeing customer service processes, and delivering training to clients. Responsibilities include prospecting new leads, closing sales deals, building customer loyalty, and contributing to overall business growth through effective sales and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and provide top-notch support.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience to drive revenue growth and manage sales pipelines.
- Ability to assist in Training clients or team members to enhance understanding of products or services.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles to contribute to the development of sales and promotional strategies.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
