Sales & Marketing Executive – US Market

About the Role
ReTechPrime is looking for a highly driven and commercially strong Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our presence across the US market. The role is focused on lead generation, relationship building, enterprise sales, and revenue growth for our technology and consulting offerings in the Retail & Consumer Goods domain.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in selling IT services/solutions, understand onsite-offshore delivery models, and possess the ability to engage with business and technology stakeholders across mid-size and large enterprises.
Experience with Oracle Retail ecosystem sales will be considered a major advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline in the US market
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
- Build relationships with CXOs, IT leaders, Retail business stakeholders, and decision-makers
- Position ReTechPrime’s Retail & CG technology capabilities effectively to potential customers
- Work closely with offshore delivery and leadership teams to create winning proposals and solutions
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, referrals, and market outreach
- Participate in client meetings, conferences, industry events, and sales presentations across the US
- Contribute to sales strategy, GTM planning, and account growth initiatives
- Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, outreach, and lead nurturing activities
- Negotiate commercials and support contract finalization
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / IT Services Sales
- Strong experience in Retail & Consumer Goods (CG) domain is mandatory
- Proven track record of lead generation and enterprise deal closures
- Exposure to onsite-offshore delivery model is required
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and drive business growth in a competitive market
- Willingness to travel extensively within the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior exposure to Oracle Retail sales or Oracle Retail ecosystem
- Existing network within Retail / Consumer Goods industry
- Experience selling technology consulting, managed services, implementation, or support services
- Understanding of enterprise retail platforms and digital transformation initiatives
Compensation
- Fixed Salary
- High Performance-Based Sales Commission on Deal Closures
