Job PurposeThe role of Manager Sales is critical for the growth of the company. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations in a particular geographical area, which may include multiple states, cities, or districts. The position involves a high degree of domestic travel.
Responsibilities- Maintain and optimize CRM systems, sales databases, and marketing automation tools.
- Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decisions.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (email, social media, events).
- Coordinate lead generation processes and ensure accurate tracking of leads and conversions.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide actionable insights.
- Support content management, asset organization, and distribution for marketing campaigns.
- Monitor KPIs and recommend improvements in sales and marketing performance.
