Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of lead generation, client outreach, and revenue conversion. This is a high-impact, execution-driven role focused on building a strong client pipeline and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Outreach
· Identify and connect with founders, HR leaders, and decision-makers
· Generate leads via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and other channels
· Build and maintain a consistent outreach pipeline
2. Sales Conversion
· Understand client hiring and business challenges
· Pitch Recruiting Genie’s services (RPO, Project-Based Hiring, Consulting)
· Manage end-to-end sales conversations and close deals
3. Marketing Support
· Contribute to content ideas, campaigns, and brand visibility initiatives
· Support execution of marketing activities to drive inbound leads
4. Pipeline & CRM Management
· Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions
· Maintain structured data and reporting on sales activities
Who Should Apply
· 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing
· Strong communication and persuasion skills
· Comfortable with outreach and relationship building
· Self-driven with a strong ownership mindset
· Interest in startups, hiring, and consulting ecosystem
Compensation
· Fixed (based on skills & experience) + Performance-based incentives (aligned with closures)
