Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Vasai Virar. Responsibilities include driving sales growth and client acquisition, managing customer relationships, providing training and support for clients, and creating strategies to enhance the company’s market presence. The role also involves building and managing a strong sales pipeline while collaborating closely with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and build relationships with clients
- Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management, with a focus on achieving and surpassing targets
- Experience in Training and mentoring teams to enhance sales effectiveness and performance
- Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies in collaboration with marketing departments
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset
- Familiarity with renewable energy or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
