📍 Ahmedabad
We are looking for an experienced Head – Sales & Marketing (B2B) to lead wholesale sales operations, expand distribution networks, drive revenue growth, and strengthen market presence for our jewellery manufacturing business.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Lead B2B / wholesale sales operations
- Expand dealer, distributor, and retail partner network
- Drive business development and market expansion
- Develop marketing and brand strategies
- Manage key accounts and large business relationships
- Lead regional sales teams and monitor performance
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies
- Coordinate with design and production teams for product planning
🎯 Requirements
- 12–20 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
- Strong expertise in B2B / wholesale sales
- Jewellery industry experience preferred
- Strong leadership and business development skills
- MBA in Marketing preferred
