Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The individual will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, managing customer relationships, and executing sales activities to drive business growth. Key responsibilities encompass crafting and delivering sales presentations, providing training to clients or team members, and strategizing marketing campaigns to expand the customer base and enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to meet or exceed target goals
- Ability to conduct Training sessions to support team development and client education
- Strong organizational skills and ability to execute marketing strategies effectively
- Experience in the garment manufacturing or fashion industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Proactive and results-driven approach with the ability to work independently
