Role: Sales & Marketing Specialist
Acquire and manage individual and corporate clients.
Explain forex products, provide rates, and close sales.
Handle calls, WhatsApp, and customer inquiries.
Execute marketing campaigns and generate leads.
Maintain CRM, sales records, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with operations for smooth order fulfillment.
Build customer relationships and ensure excellent service.
Requirements
Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
Experience in forex, banking, financial services, or sales preferred.
Knowledge of foreign currency products.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
Fluency in English and local languages preferred.
