Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Kasaragod. The role involves driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and coordinating marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales process, delivering product or service training, and providing excellent customer support. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to develop and execute marketing strategies, achieve sales targets, and enhance the overall client experience.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and build strong relationships
- Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
- Experience in Training, including the ability to provide clear and impactful instruction on products or services
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis is an advantage
