Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Jamshedpur. The specialist will identify and reach out to potential customers, explain Quick Secure’s extended warranty offerings, and convert leads into long-term clients. Daily activities include conducting product demonstrations, following up on inquiries, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring a positive experience before and after sales. The role also involves supporting local marketing campaigns, gathering market feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to refine messaging and sales strategies. The specialist is expected to track performance metrics, prepare basic sales reports, and participate in ongoing product and sales training.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to explain products clearly, address questions, and build lasting customer relationships.
- Proven Sales experience with the ability to identify opportunities, manage a sales pipeline, and achieve or exceed targets.
- Experience in Sales Management or team coordination, including planning activities, tracking performance, and supporting sales initiatives.
- Ability to deliver Training or product guidance to customers, partners, or junior team members as needed.
- Familiarity with basic marketing activities, such as local promotions, lead generation, and market research.
- Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and other digital platforms to record and manage customer data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in warranty services, electronics, or related industries is an advantage.
