Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their needs, promoting company products, and identifying new sales opportunities. The role includes managing customer relationships, delivering training on products or solutions, and achieving sales targets through strategic planning and execution. Collaboration with internal teams will be critical to ensure customer satisfaction and meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to understand client needs and provide effective solutions
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience with the ability to meet targets and drive business growth
- Experience in delivering product Training to clients and internal teams
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in market research and sales forecasting
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the water treatment or industrial products sector is a plus
