Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing sales operations, and implementing marketing strategies. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, delivering product presentations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting sales processes through training and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and address client needs
- Sales and Sales Management skills to drive business growth and oversee sales activities
- Experience in Training to educate and support colleagues and clients on product and service offerings
- Proven ability to conduct market analysis and develop actionable marketing strategies
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
