Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Rajkot. The specialist will identify and develop new business opportunities, generate leads, and manage the sales pipeline for measuring instruments. Daily responsibilities include meeting with customers, providing product demonstrations, preparing quotations, and following up to close sales. The role involves executing marketing activities such as supporting campaigns, participating in events or exhibitions, and gathering market intelligence on competitors and industry trends. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate product information, provide basic training or guidance to customers on product usage, and maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand needs, and provide responsive support.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
- Experience in Training customers or team members on products, features, or best practices is an advantage.
- Familiarity with industrial or measuring instruments, or a willingness to quickly learn technical product details.
- Ability to work on-site in Rajkot, travel to customer locations as needed, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency with basic office and CRM tools for maintaining records and reporting.
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience in technical sales.
