Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Ranchi, with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will drive revenue growth by engaging with potential clients, delivering excellent customer service, and fostering relationships. The role involves managing sales strategies, providing training to clients or internal teams, and collaborating with various departments to achieve marketing goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting, managing sales pipelines, and developing campaigns to promote PostZapAI's unique features.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, including managing pipelines and achieving revenue targets
- Ability to provide Training and support to clients and internal stakeholders
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to meeting sales and marketing objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with social media platforms and AI-driven tools is an advantage
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and capable of working in a hybrid work environment
