Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. This role involves identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, presenting Pompee’s VFX and animation services to prospective clients, and managing the sales pipeline from initial contact through closing. The specialist will support marketing campaigns, coordinate promotional activities, and assist in developing content and collateral that highlight the studio’s capabilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with clients, responding to inquiries, maintaining strong customer relationships, and collaborating with the production team to ensure client expectations are clearly understood and met. The role also includes tracking performance metrics, providing regular reports, and contributing ideas to improve sales and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging clients, understanding needs, and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to manage pipelines, negotiate proposals, and achieve revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to educate clients and internal teams on services, processes, and best practices.
- Candidates should have knowledge of marketing principles, digital outreach, and brand positioning, ideally within media, entertainment, or creative industries.
- Relevant experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in VFX, animation, advertising, or production environments.
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi, manage multiple projects, analyze data, and use CRM or sales tracking tools effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
