Role Description
Policyriver.com is hiring for two roles:
1. Insurance & Finance Sales Executive (Full-Time | Office-Based)
The candidate will be responsible for handling Insurance and Finance sales through calls, following up with customers, explaining products, and converting leads into sales. This is a full-time office-based role in Amroha with a fixed salary and performance incentives.
2. Meta Ads Marketing Freelancer (Freelance | Remote)
We are also looking for an experienced Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Marketing Freelancer who can generate quality leads through ad campaigns. The freelancer will manage and optimize Meta Ads for insurance and finance lead generation.
Responsibilities
Insurance & Finance Sales Executive
Handle customer calls for Insurance & Finance products
Explain policy and finance product benefits clearly
Follow up with leads and close sales
Maintain customer relationships and provide support
Achieve monthly sales targets
Coordinate with the internal team for lead management
Meta Ads Marketing Freelancer
Create and manage Meta ad campaigns
Generate quality insurance and finance leads
Optimize campaigns for better lead cost and performance
Test creatives, audiences, and ad strategies
Share campaign performance reports regularly
Qualifications
For Sales Executive
Good communication and convincing skills
Experience in Telecalling, Insurance Sales, or Finance Sales preferred
Basic computer knowledge
Target-oriented attitude
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
For Meta Marketing Freelancer
Proven experience in Meta Ads and lead generation
Good understanding of Facebook Ads Manager
Experience in insurance or finance marketing preferred
Ability to work independently and deliver results
