Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Mumbai. Responsibilities include driving sales activities, managing client relationships, organizing and delivering sales presentations, and collaborating with the sales management team to achieve targets. Identify and develop new business opportunities through brokers, channel partners, and direct client outreach. Arrange and conduct property/site visits while presenting project details effectively. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless sales experience for clients. Maintain regular follow-ups and update client interactions in an organized manner.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively understand and address client needs.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management for driving business growth and achieving targets with experience in real estate industry or land development will be an added advantage.
- Confident communicators with strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and provide ongoing support.
- Understanding of Mumbai’s real estate landscape will be an added benefit.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
