Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven IT Sales Executive to generate leads, manage client relationships, and close deals for our IT product portfolio with IT firms, software houses, and tech consultancies. You'll thrive in a target-oriented environment, leveraging your tech-savvy sales expertise to meet quarterly quotas and expand our market share.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect IT companies (e.g., software developers, MSPs, SaaS providers) through LinkedIn, industry events, cold calling, and referrals.
Conduct product demos, presentations, and needs assessments to showcase how our IT solutions solve pain points like scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.
Build and nurture a sales pipeline, negotiating contracts and closing deals to achieve/exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Maintain CRM records (e.g., Salesforce/Zoho), track sales metrics, and collaborate with technical teams for seamless handoffs.
Attend IT trade shows, webinars, and networking events in Hyderabad/Bengaluru to generate leads and stay ahead of industry trends.
Provide post-sale support, upsell opportunities, and gather feedback to refine our offerings.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
2-5 years of proven B2B sales experience in IT products/services, ideally selling to IT companies.
Strong understanding of IT products (e.g., cloud, SaaS, networking hardware, cybersecurity).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; fluency in English and Telugu/Hindi a plus.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office/Google Workspace, and sales platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Target-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting quotas; tech-savvy with basic knowledge of ERP/automation tools.
