Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gwalior for a Sales And Marketing Specialist. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, identifying potential clients, delivering excellent customer service, and managing client relationships. The specialist will conduct market research, promote company offerings, provide training to sales teams, and analyze sales data to maximize performance. Collaboration with internal teams to align goals and ensure high-quality customer experience is also a key responsibility.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to generate leads, close deals, and maintain strong client relationships
- Experience in Training and developing others to enhance team performance and ensure the achievement of sales objectives
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and adapt strategies to improve outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the mining or metals industry, is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
