Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team on-site in Noida. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, engaging and maintaining relationships with clients, delivering product presentations, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage marketing campaigns, conduct sales training, and ensure customer satisfaction to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and address client expectations effectively
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management, including creating sales strategies and managing client accounts
- Ability to deliver Training to support both internal teams and clients on product usage and features
- Proficiency in planning and executing marketing campaigns to support sales objectives
- Self-motivated with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with healthcare or simulation technology industries is a plus
