Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Kochi for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves identifying and building relationships with potential customers, managing sales strategies, delivering high-quality customer service, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role includes conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing campaigns, and providing product training to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience and knowledge in Sales and Sales Management
- Capability to conduct Training for staff and clients
- Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and CRM systems is desirable
