Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves managing sales activities, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing training to team members, and implementing effective sales strategies. Additional responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships, and addressing customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with the center's services.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their concerns.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and maintain strong client relationships.
- Experience in providing Training and mentoring peers or team members to enhance their performance.
- Proven ability to develop strategies to meet business goals and achieve targets.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills are essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with healthcare or diagnostic services is a plus.
