Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Karnataka, India. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and developing strategic sales and marketing plans. Key responsibilities include promoting the company’s services, managing customer accounts, providing excellent customer service, delivering product or service training, and meeting sales targets through effective management and client development strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive team performance and achieve business goals.
- Experience in delivering Training for products, services, or sales team development.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with excellent organization and time management skills.
- Proficiency in market research and strategic planning is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the construction, Oil & Gas, or industrial sectors is a plus.
