Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Ahmedabad Area for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. In this role, the individual will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, creating and implementing sales and marketing strategies, providing training support for clients, and managing sales activities. The candidate will also act as a key liaison between clients and our technical teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport and address client needs.
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including identifying leads, closing deals, and achieving targets.
- Ability to contribute to Training initiatives aimed at improving team and client understanding of solutions.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and marketing platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in IT or technology industries is advantageous but not required.
