Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Surat. Daily responsibilities include generating leads and managing E-commerce, conducting marketing campaigns, overseeing training for sales teams, and coordinating marketing efforts to drive revenue growth and brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in sales and marketing tools like Google Ads, Bulk mail and Whatsapp.
• Must be aware about E-comm management and have detailed understanding of E-comm technology.
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to achieve and exceed targets.
• Experience in Training sales teams.
• Proficiency in marketing strategies is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with the diamond or luxury goods industry preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
