Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales and Marketing Specialist for an on-site position based in Mumbai. The role involves driving sales efforts, managing customer relationships, and developing targeted marketing strategies. Responsibilities include identifying and acquiring potential clients, providing customer training on product usage, and overseeing sales processes to meet business goals. The role also entails close collaboration with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and market reach.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, including achieving and exceeding targets.
- Ability to conduct Training and product demonstrations to support customers and partners effectively.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and market research to analyze client needs and develop strategic sales approaches.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in the healthcare or medical equipment industry is a plus.
