Role Description
We are seeking a full-time remote Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage customer relationships, develop and implement sales strategies, support existing clients, and drive business growth. Responsibilities include identifying potential markets, analyzing trends, conducting customer training sessions, and collaborating with the team to maximize sales performance. The role requires effective communication and problem-solving skills to address customer needs and promote our specialized products.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service for engaging with clients and addressing their needs effectively.
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities, close deals, and meet targets.
- Ability to conduct client Training sessions on product use and value-added solutions.
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends and devising strategies for business growth.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in the chemical or plywood industry is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
