Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Aligarh. This role involves promoting NextFolio LLP’s financial services, engaging with prospective and existing clients, and supporting sales growth through targeted marketing activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, presenting service offerings, explaining investment-focused solutions, and maintaining strong client relationships. The specialist will help develop marketing campaigns, coordinate promotional activities, and provide feedback on client needs and market trends. The role also includes preparing sales reports, collaborating with internal teams, and participating in training sessions to stay current on products and market developments.

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to explain financial concepts clearly and build trust with clients.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and support a positive client experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to identify opportunities, conduct persuasive presentations, and close deals.

- Relevant experience in financial services, investments, or consulting is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Aligarh and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with basic office software, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
