Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Jaipur for a Sales Manager role. The Sales Manager will lead and manage the sales process, develop and execute sales strategies, and identify and pursue new market opportunities. The individual will build and maintain long-term customer relationships, negotiate contracts, and analyze sales metrics to achieve business objectives. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales goals with company strategies and provide insights to improve performance.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales Management, Lead Generation, and Market Analysis
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Experience developing and executing business development strategies
- Proficiency in sales tools, CRM software, and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and deliver actionable insights for business growth
- Experience with AI, software products, or technology sales is a plus
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is preferred
