Navurja LLP is inviting applications for its SMART Internship Program in India’s fast-growing renewable energy sector.
Navurja LLP is a Delhi-based green energy firm helping residential, commercial, and industrial consumers reduce electricity costs through Rooftop Solar, Open Access Renewable Power, and clean energy advisory solutions.
We are hiring for two remote internship roles:
1️⃣ Business Development & Sales Intern
2️⃣ Digital Marketing Intern – LinkedIn Specialist
📍 Location: Remote / Work from Home
⏳ Duration: 1 Month / 2 Months
💰 Stipend / Salary: Unpaid / No Stipend
🎓 Experience: Fresher / 0–1 year
💻 Requirement: Own laptop and stable internet connection mandatory
🕘 Working Hours: 5 hours per day, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, excluding lunch hours

ROLE 1: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & SALES INTERN
Weekly Off: Saturday and Sunday Off
Role Objective:
The intern will support Navurja LLP in identifying, approaching, and converting potential customers for Rooftop Solar and Open Access renewable energy consulting.
Target Customers:
• Residential customers
• Housing societies
• Factories
• MSMEs
• Warehouses
• Hospitals
• Schools
• Commercial buildings
• Industrial consumers
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research to identify rooftop solar and Open Access customers
• Prepare lead databases for residential, commercial, and industrial customers
• Approach potential clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and professional networks
• Explain basic benefits of rooftop solar, electricity bill savings, ROI, payback period, and clean energy adoption
• Coordinate introductory consultation meetings with interested customers
• Maintain a daily sales pipeline tracker
• Follow up with leads in a professional and timely manner
• Share daily work updates with the reporting manager
SMART Skills Required:
• Strong communication skills
• Sales mindset and confidence in client outreach
• Market research ability
• Basic interest in solar power, electricity savings, and sustainability
• Excel / Google Sheets working knowledge
• Time management and daily reporting discipline

ROLE 2: DIGITAL MARKETING INTERN – LINKEDIN SPECIALIST
Weekly Off: Sunday Off and 2nd & 4th Saturday Off
Role Objective:
The intern will help build a strong and professional LinkedIn brand presence for Navurja LLP among business owners, factory owners, sustainability heads, CFOs, founders, and C&I power consumers.
Target Audience:
• Factory owners
• MSME owners
• Commercial building owners
• Industrial consumers
• CFOs and business heads
• Sustainability professionals
• Procurement and facility heads
• Residential rooftop solar customers
• Decision-makers interested in electricity cost savings
Key Responsibilities:
• Create professional LinkedIn posts for Navurja LLP
• Write short and impactful content on rooftop solar, Open Access power, electricity savings, sustainability, and renewable energy adoption
• Prepare simple graphics and post creatives using Canva or similar free tools
• Manage and update Navurja LLP’s LinkedIn company page
• Prepare a weekly LinkedIn content calendar
• Engage with relevant posts from industry leaders and target customers
• Write short case-study-style posts on how businesses can reduce power costs through renewable energy
• Track basic LinkedIn metrics such as impressions, likes, comments, profile visits, and follower growth
• Submit weekly content performance updates

• Canva / basic design skills
• Interest in solar energy, sustainability, and clean energy
• Research skills

Eligibility Criteria:
• Students or recent graduates may apply
• Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year experience are welcome
• Relevant backgrounds may include Business, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, Environmental Studies, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, English, or related fields
• Candidates must have their own laptop and stable internet connection
• Candidates must be serious, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely
