Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in the Kutch District, with some flexibility for remote work. The individual will support sales growth by identifying new opportunities, managing customer relationships, and developing marketing strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include executing sales campaigns, delivering training sessions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring effective sales management practices. The role requires collaboration with diverse stakeholders to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service skills to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive business growth and meet targets effectively.
- Capability to deliver Training programs to clients or internal sales teams on products and services.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse business needs effectively.
- Prior experience in the construction or building materials industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet client and project requirements within the region.
