Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Vadodara, for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at MOON SHINE BUILDING MATERIAL TRADING LLC. The role involves identifying and acquiring new customers, maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include managing sales processes, delivering training sessions for clients and team members, handling customer inquiries, and assisting in the development of effective marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and resolve inquiries.
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Experience in delivering Training to team members or clients is an advantage.
- Keen understanding of building material products and the industry's market trends is desirable.
- Proactive with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the building materials or construction industry is a plus.
