Key Responsibilities:
Handle both inbound and outbound calls to prospective students
Provide accurate information about courses, programs, and career opportunities
Counsel students and parents to help them choose suitable courses
Follow up with leads and maintain a strong conversion ratio
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
Maintain records of calls and student interactions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and persuasion abilities
Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment
Good listening and counselling skills
