Role Description
Modern Innovations is seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Specialist to support the growth of our healthcare technology platforms across Australia.
This is a hybrid contract role (with the opportunity to transition to a full-time position after six months) that combines sales, client engagement, and marketing responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with healthcare organisations, and helping drive adoption of our digital health solutions.
Responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, conducting product demonstrations, delivering onboarding and training to clients, supporting marketing initiatives, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.
This role requires someone who is proactive, relationship-driven, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare organisations and decision-makers
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and onboarding sessions for prospective clients
- Deliver training and support to ensure successful customer adoption
- Manage and track sales pipelines and opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives
- Contribute to marketing campaigns, events, and outreach activities
- Gather client feedback and market insights to support product and business strategy
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and ongoing engagement
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience delivering product demonstrations or training to customers
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and work independently
- Experience working in healthcare and/or SaaS environments is highly desirable
- Strong organisational and customer service skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
