Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Thane, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will prospect and qualify leads, conduct product demos or presentations, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact to closure. Responsibilities include nurturing client relationships, responding to inquiries, and providing professional customer service to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business. The role also involves supporting marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives, and tracking performance metrics such as lead conversion and revenue growth. The specialist will contribute to training sessions for clients or internal teams on product features, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide market feedback to inform product and strategy decisions.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Customer Service skills to handle queries, resolve issues, and build long-term, trust-based client relationships.
- Experience in Training or facilitating product walkthroughs, demos, or knowledge-sharing sessions for clients or team members.
- Experience in technology or SaaS solutions, preferably in B2B environments, with the ability to understand and explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, productivity software, and online collaboration platforms.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work effectively in a hybrid setup (office in Thane plus work from home).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
