Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Rawatsar. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships. The role also includes providing excellent customer service, managing sales operations, training team members, and contributing to marketing initiatives aimed at promoting our digital platforms and services.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to develop strategies and drive revenue growth
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to build client relationships and effectively convey value propositions
- Experience in Customer Service, focusing on delivering exceptional client support and understanding customer needs
- Ability to train team members and support their professional development in sales and marketing practices
- Proficiency in creating and executing marketing plans to promote digital platforms and services
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
