Job Description
The Sales & Marketing Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, developing client relationships, and promoting the company's advertising, digital marketing, and PR services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to achieve business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and acquire new clients for advertising, digital marketing, branding, and PR services.
* Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
* Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales pitches.
* Develop and implement effective marketing and business development strategies.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
* Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and service agreements.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
* Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Field Work.
Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
* 6-8 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Advertising, PR, or Business Development preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
* Knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and advertising services.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
