Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in the Pune District. The Specialist will identify sales opportunities, build and nurture client relationships, and develop strategies to meet sales goals. Daily tasks include managing client accounts, delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating with internal teams, and providing product training to clients as needed. The role also involves devising and implementing marketing campaigns to expand the client base and enhance the company’s market reach.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting effectively with clients and team members
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, with a focus on achieving targets
- Experience in Training and educating clients to improve product understanding and adoption
- Ability to devise and execute marketing strategies to boost business development
- Proficient in creating and maintaining client relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Analytical skills to assess market trends and identify new opportunities
- Previous experience in the manufacturing or engineering sectors will be an added advantage
