Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Sales and Marketing Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. This role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, managing customer relationships, generating sales leads, and delivering effective marketing strategies. You will also conduct customer training sessions, assist in marketing campaigns, and oversee sales operations to meet growth targets. In addition, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless marketing-to-sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
• Proficiency in delivering Training to clients and team members on products and solutions.
• Strong organizational and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively within cross-functional environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in a related industry or familiarity with professional tools and equipment is advantageous.
