Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role is on-site, based in Noida. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales training sessions, and overseeing sales management. The role involves regular interaction with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to conduct effective Sales Training sessions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the industrial manufacturing sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
