Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, building customer relationships, identifying potential clients, and fostering repeat business. Responsibilities include managing sales operations, delivering product or service training, and measuring the effectiveness of sales activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders
- Proven track record in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet targets and drive revenue growth
- Experience in Training skills to support and develop team capabilities
- A proactive and results-driven approach with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
