Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales and Marketing Specialist for a full-time, on-site position in Jamnagar. The role involves executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and overseeing sales training initiatives for the team. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, developing marketing campaigns, and driving customer engagement to meet revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to develop strategies, achieve targets, and drive business growth
- Experience in Training and mentoring team members to enhance productivity and knowledge
- Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage multiple priorities and evaluate market trends
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and marketing software is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced, on-site manufacturing environment
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
