Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Kolkata.
Working hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
The selected candidate will:
- Identify and pursue new potential customers across various industries
- Conduct cold calls, send outreach mails, and generate qualified leads
- Perform regular follow-ups and maintain client relationships
- Support existing clients with timely communication and service
- Report directly to the Managing Partner
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the steel industry or industrial B2B sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Self-motivated with a hunger to close deals
- Working knowledge of MS Excel
