Role Description
We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist for a full-time, on-site position located in Hyderabad. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, engaging with clients to understand their needs, managing customer relations, and collaborating with teams to drive growth. Responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, leading sales activities, conducting training sessions for team members, and contributing to the overall success of the company's marketing efforts. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities and expanding the company's market reach.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Communication and Customer Service, ensuring exceptional client interaction and relationship management.
- Competency in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and meet targets effectively.
- Experience in conducting Training and mentoring to support team development and performance improvement.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in creating and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand presence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team within a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in the manufacturing or steel industry is advantageous.
